User agreement that clearly informs the user of the terms and conditions applicable to use of your Application. You also must have a privacy policy that describes any information you may collect. In order to collect, maintain, share, store, and/or use User Data, you must obtain the informed consent of each User, and your user agreement and privacy policy shall be made available for a User's review at the point of authorization and from within your Application's User interface. Your user agreement and privacy policy shall at a minimum disclose your practices regarding User Data and the following:
- What data you collect; Collection of personal data:
- How you use, store, and/or share the data; To prevent loss, all data will be stored at the provided central storage infrastructure ("central share") of University of Ostrava, where the data are secure. Furthermore, data will also be backed up on an external hard drive. Only the involved researchers and promoters of this project will have access to this share. Access to all data will only be possible by using a secured personal login and password.
- Any additional parties you share data with; Data from the project that can be shared will be made available under a Creative Comons attribution license (CC-BY 4.0.) so that users have to give credit to the original data creators. Personal data will only be shared with the members of the research groups, for data processing purposes. Transferring and sharing the data will allow us to combine our expertise to process and analyze the data. Participants will provide informed consent to share their personal data within the research groups.
- How users may opt-out of your use, storage, and/or sharing of the data, where applicable; Refusing or withdrawing from the study is possible at any time without having to give a reason and risking any sanctions or disadvantages.
- Your data retention policy; The key file containing the link between the participants' ID and their personal information will be deleted after project completion. Therefore, only anonymized data will be preserved for a period of 5 years after the end of the project.
- How a user can delete or request that you delete their data The participants can have their personal data deleted by asking the researcher. For requests to exercise rights with regard to pseudonymised data, we will first make clear we can no longer access the data, precisely because the data have been pseudonymised for security reasons. If the participant insists, access/correction, etc. will be made possible using the key.
- What happens to data collected after a user disables their account with you or revokes your Application's access to their User Data. The participants can ask to stop processing their personal data on DPO email DPO@osu.cz.
